Custody calendar
A custody calendar that works the way custody actually works.
GrownUps is in development. Leave your email and we’ll tell you the day it’s ready — that’s the only email you’ll get.
In detail
How it works.
Pick a template or build your own cycle and assign each day. The schedule is a real repeating pattern, not a set of events you have to re-enter every fortnight.
Need to change a day? Send a swap request with a note. Your co-parent accepts or declines. Nothing changes unless you both agree, and every request and answer is recorded.
Change one day or a whole range without rebuilding the schedule. School holidays, a work trip, a family wedding — the underlying pattern stays intact.
Assign days to “Me” and “Co-parent” now. When they join, everything lines up automatically.
A private, revocable link puts your custody days and events into Apple or Google Calendar. It carries the times and the custody bands only, not the notes — because a subscribed calendar feed is fetched in plain text by third-party servers, and we are not going to send your children’s details over that.
An eight-week preview, and a warning if you schedule an event for a day the child is with the other parent.
Questions
Good to know.
Which custody schedules does GrownUps support?
Alternating weeks (7/7), 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, every-week-the-same, or a custom cycle of up to 28 days — each a real repeating pattern anchored to a start date, not events you re-enter every fortnight.
Can I change one day without changing the whole schedule?
Yes — override a single day or a whole range (a holiday, a work trip) and the underlying pattern stays intact.
Does my co-parent have to join before I can use the calendar?
No. Assign days to “Me” and “Co-parent” now; when they join, everything lines up automatically.
