How it works.
The payer logs the expense and requests reimbursement. The other parent approves or declines, with a note. The payer marks it settled. Every step is timestamped and cannot be rewritten.
Plus per-month and per-category summaries, so tax time and mediation are a lookup instead of an archaeology project.
Photograph the receipt. GrownUps removes the location data from the image before storing it — for everyone, by default.
Deliberately. You settle however you already settle. We are not a payment processor, we do not hold your money, and we will not become the reason a reimbursement dispute becomes a billing dispute.

Does money move through GrownUps?
No. GrownUps tracks who owes what and shows a running balance; you settle however you already do. We’re not a payment processor and never hold your money.
Can I export the expense ledger?
Yes — the whole ledger as a CSV, plus the receipts in your full data export.
What happens to receipt photos?
GrownUps strips the location data from a receipt image before storing it, for everyone, by default.
