How it works.
Messages, handover confirmations and expense approvals each carry a cryptographic link to the one before it. If anything in the chain were altered, the integrity check on an exported report would show it. We say tamper-evident, not court-certified — no court has certified anything, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing on your behalf.
One tap in settings produces a ZIP with everything: your data as structured files, your documents, your expense ledger as a CSV, and your full message transcript. Free forever, no limits, no per-export charge. You never pay to keep your own records — this is the promise the category breaks most often, and it is the one we will not break.
A Communication Record, a Case File, an Expense Statement or a Handover Log, generated on demand as a styled PDF with an integrity-verification page. A few dollars each, paid only when you generate one, because that is when it is actually worth something to you. There is a free watermarked preview so you can see the quality first.
We don’t charge per parent. We don’t lock your record behind a subscription. We don’t charge you to leave.

Is exporting my data free?
Yes — always, forever, with no limits and no per-export charge. You never pay to keep your own records.
Can I use a GrownUps record in court?
We keep a clear, tamper-evident record you can export, but we don’t say “court-approved” — no court has certified anything, and whether a record can be used is a matter for a court in your jurisdiction.
What does a report cost?
A polished, formatted PDF is a few dollars, generated on demand, with a free watermarked preview first. Keeping and exporting your records stays free.
